What We’re Building

For years, we built businesses the way everyone builds businesses—believing the right things on Sunday, then operating by Babylon’s playbooks Monday through Friday. We grasped for prosperity instead of trusting God’s provision. We performed for prestige instead of resting in His bestowed honor. We clutched for power instead of stewarding under His authority. We were digging broken cisterns—exhausting ourselves trying to be the source—while forsaking the fountain of living waters (Jeremiah 2:13).

Wellstone Collective is where we learn to build differently. Drawing from God’s inexhaustible provision instead of manufacturing our own. Building on His unshakeable foundation instead of Babylon’s shifting tactics. Creating covenant businesses—enterprises structured around Christ’s lordship, biblical principles, and kingdom values rather than the world’s metrics.

Moses struck the rock and water flowed. Christ was struck and living water flows forever. From that Well, we draw. On that Stone, we build.

What You’ll Get

Weekly essays exploring what it means to build covenant businesses: marketing without manipulation, leading without anxiety, pricing with justice, measuring success by faithfulness. Each essay is rooted in Scripture and tested in the field—we’re practicing what we’re teaching.

Biblical frameworks for diagnosing and addressing the three counterfeits that corrupt Christian business: prosperity-grasping (trusting money for security), prestige-performing (seeking validation from achievement), and power-clutching (trying to control outcomes).

Honest stories from entrepreneurs learning to open clenched fists—one at a time—and receive what they’ve been grasping for. No polished case studies of “successful” kingdom businesses. Real wrestling with what faithfulness costs.

Books and courses (coming soon) that take you deeper: Alive, Aligned & Anchored explores the personal transformation from grasping to receiving. Truth in Commerce shows what honest marketing looks like when you’re drawing from truth instead of manufacturing desire.

Who This Is For

You’re a Christian entrepreneur who can’t figure out why success feels like death. You’ve built the business, made the money, checked the boxes—and somehow you’re more anxious, more hollow, more unstable than when you started. The gap between the God you worship Sunday and the god you serve Monday is destroying you.

Or maybe you haven’t “succeeded” yet by the world’s standards, but you’re already exhausted by the hustle, already compromising in ways that make you feel like a fraud, already wondering if there’s a different way to build.

This is for entrepreneurs who:

  • Are tired of trying to follow a crucified Savior with uncrucified ambitions

  • Want businesses built on biblical foundations, not just blessed by God on Sunday

  • Are willing to pay the cost of faithfulness even when it costs money

  • Believe covenant business is possible but don’t know what it actually looks like

If you’re looking for “7 biblical secrets to 7-figure success,” you’re in the wrong place. We’re not teaching how to make Christianity profitable. We’re exploring what it costs to build businesses that honor God—and trusting that provision flows from the Well that never runs dry.

We need each other. The counterfeits are powerful, the temptations are constant, and the path is narrow. You need others who are drawing from the same Well, building on the same Stone, fighting the same fight of faith. We’re not competing—we’re building together.
